Every dog has a unique personality and disposition. Because of this, every dog needs to be trained differently. This requires a unique trainer, with a wide range of experience and a wealth of knowledge. Whether you want to train a young dog or an older dog, you need expert guidance to effectively train your dog. Helping your dog to understand what you want and need from him, and you understanding his needs is the key to success. Since I don’t believe that one method of training “fits all”, I offer customized programs to meet both your budget and your needs.
I started my journey in 2006 as a dog trainer after I adopted Juliet. At 3 months of age, she started showing signs of aggression towards both people and other dogs. I immediately started calling behaviorists to help me. To my surprise, they all told me without meeting her, to euthanize her. I stated her in group classes for socialization and immediately fell in love with training. I got hired at Pet Smart shortly after that. I was there for a couple of years then started an apprenticeship with a trainer in Berea. I finally found a behaviorist who would help me with Juliet. I am happy to say that Julies lived to be 12 years old and were able to enjoy the rest of her days happy and balanced.
