Tk9o Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using

Tk9o is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. All members must agree to the following general terms before using the platform.

• This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• By using tk9o's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you object to any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses will be forfeited.
• The name, phone number, and ID details provided at registration must be accurate. They will be verified during the KYC process.
• It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. tk9o will not be held liable for any issues arising from sharing your password with others.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for verification. Failure to provide it within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
• Opening an account in someone else's name, or using another person's account, will be treated as a violation of these terms.

Tk9o supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT. Separate terms apply to each payment method.

• Deposits must be made from your own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Any active bonus rollover must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawing with an incomplete rollover will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Additional verification may be required when processing a withdrawal. This is done solely to protect your funds.
• If an incorrect amount is credited or deducted due to a technical error, tk9o reserves the right to correct it.

All bonus offers on tk9o are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement, typically between 5x and 10x. Withdrawals are not permitted until the rollover is fully met.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses only. No cashback applies to deposit bonuses.
• Game contribution towards rollover requirements may vary by game or betting market. Sports bets generally count at 100%, slots at 100%, and Live Casino at 10%–50%.
• tk9o reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses may be revoked immediately if misuse is suspected.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred member must complete their first deposit. Claiming referral bonuses through dummy accounts is strictly prohibited.

All members are required to follow the rules below while betting on tk9o. Violations may result in the forfeiture of winnings.

• The minimum bet amount per wager is ৳50, and the maximum is determined by the member's tier level.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. Always check the odds before confirming your bet.
• Any attempt to win bets through match-fixing or other unethical means will result in full forfeiture of winnings and may lead to legal action.
• tk9o reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded. Different rules apply to rescheduled events.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk9o platform. Any violation will result in immediate action.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Hacking accounts, phishing, or attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or glitches for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members.

Tk9o reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If a breach of terms or suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• Members can also voluntarily close their account through self-exclusion. Full details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.
• If an account is permanently closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
• If evidence of prohibited activity is found, all funds will be forfeited and no appeals will be accepted.

• tk9o will not be held liable for disconnections caused by internet outages, power failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside of tk9o's responsibility.

• tk9o will not compensate for any financial losses resulting from in-game outcomes.
